Line dancing is a great way to have fun whilst exercising.  No partner required, no previous dance experience and no lycra!

New artists such as Taylor Swift and bands like Train are helping to bring a fresh country sound for dancing.  It’s not all country though... 60% of the music played on a line dance evening is either, pop or latin.  Tunes from Gary Barlow, Olly Murs, Jessie J and Riverdance are regularly featured amongst a variety of others.

Line dancing is suitable for women and men of all ages and dance abilities - it’s meant to be fun and informal.
